01 October to 04 October, 2024 in Lynchburg, Virginia, United States.

This year’s conference will be held on the beautiful campus of the University of Lynchburg, in Lynchburg, Virginia. We are very happy to have co-hosts for the conference including the Master of PA Medicine Program and the Doctor of Medical Science Program.

IAPAE is delighted to co-host this year’s conference in conjunction with the Master of PA Medicine Program and Doctor of Medical Science Program at the University of Lynchburg in Lynchburg, Virginia, United States to showcase international PA Analogue education with local, regional and international Keynote Speakers, global PA educators, and more!

During this year's conference, we will hold the IAPAE General Annual Meeting with Elections for open Board of Director positions and open Committee Chair positions. Join the Conference and the AGM to have your voice heard in IAPAE.

IAPAE invited the submission of abstracts for the Conference Theme or any one of the five Conference Tracks as follows (the deadline has now passed for Abstract Submission):

Track 1: Global PA education changing to global needs
Track 2: Artificial Intelligence and digital literacy in PA education
Track 3: International ethical competencies for PA educators and students
Track 4: Crossing international borders for PA education and clinical practice
Track 5: Developing international curricula and accreditation standard

IAPAE strives to represent all PA Analogue educators from Africa; Asia; Europe and United Kingdom; North, Central and South America; and Oceania. Our Conference highlights topics on global PA Analogue education, learning pedagogies, clinical training, panel discussions, presentation of abstracts, scientific papers, posters, PechaKucha, Palaver stories under the tree and workshops.

Option 3	Non-Member Special Nations Standard Package 3-day Conference Rate (includes access to all events, lunches and Gala dinner for 1 person) - This Package is for persons from the list of special nations. Special Nations Member Discount: Join IAPAE now as a Special Nations member for $20, and pay the Special Nations member Conference rate of $150 (Option 4) Join IAPAE now to receive the discount.	$200.00
Option 4	IAPAE Member Special Nations Standard Package 3-day Conference Rate (includes access to all events, lunches and Gala dinner for 1 person) - This Package is for IAPAE Members from the list of special nations. Option 5	Student Standard Package 3-day Conference Rate (includes access to all events, lunches and Gala dinner for 1 person) - This Package is for Full-Time Students. Upload proof of registration to qualify for this rate.	$50.00
Option 6	Student Special Nations Standard Package 3-day Conference Rate (includes access to all events, lunches and Gala dinner for 1 person) - This Package is for Full-Time Students from the list of special nations. Upload proof of registration to qualify for this rate.	$30.00
Option 7	Standard 1-Day Conference rate (includes access to event and lunch for 1 person/day, not include Gala dinner) - This rate if for persons only able to attend one-day of the 3-day conference.	$150.00
Option 8	Meet and Greet Reception only - This rate is for guests, partners or spouses of registered Delegates to attend the Meet and Greet Reception only, no other access to conference events. (The Meet and Greet is already included for all other Packages)	$20.00
Option 9	Gala Dinner only - This rate is for guests, partners or spouses of registered Delegates to attend the Gala Dinner only, no other access to conference events. (The Gala Dinner is already included for all other Packages)	$40.00
Option 10	Vendor/Exhibitor Table (includes access to all events, lunches and Gala dinner for 1 person) - This rate is for Vendors to set up a table for exhibition with entry for one person to conference events. See details upon registration.	$600.00

Option 12	Donation to IAPAE to support Travel Grants and/or Conference Sponsorship for delegates. - This rate is for persons who would like to assist Delegates with a Travel Grant and/or financial support to attend the Conference. IAPAE will award Travel Grants/Conference Sponsorship based on financial needs of the applicant. Applications to request Travel Grants/Conference Sponsorship found here.	Any amount welcome, $100.00

Cost of Single Occupancy in a room with two double beds and en suite bathroom is 3024 Indian Rupees. Or $37.00 USD per night. Cost of Double Occupancy in a shared room with two double beds and en suite shared bathroom is 1512 Indian Rupees or $18.50 USD per night per person.
