Listed below are Non-member Conference Packages which can be purchased by non-members. Non-members are welcome to Join IAPAE to take advantage of the discounts on the Conference Registration packages as an IAPAE Member.

Our IAPAE Members receive a discount on Conference Packages. We ask IAPAE members to login to the IAPAE website using your IAPAE username and password to access the discounted Conference Registration Packages. Once logged in, click on the Register for the Conference button.

Non-Member Standard Package 3-day Conference

Dates: October 29-31, 2025
Venue: Future Africa Campus, University of Pretoria, Hillcrest, Pretoria, South Africa

Option 1 - This Non-Member Standard Package includes all events during the 3-day Conference from 29-31 October, including Conference catering for coffee/tea/snacks with breaks and lunches including Conference catering for coffee/tea/snacks with breaks and lunches including Gala Dinner, conference bag and extras.

Please note:Registration for Non-Member Standard Package costs $400, or become an IAPAE Member for $50 and pay only $300 for the IAPAE Member Conference discount rate (Option 2).

Non-Member Special Nations Standard Package 3-day Conference

Dates: October 29 - 31, 2025
Venue: Future Africa Campus, University of Pretoria, Hillcrest, Pretoria, South Africa

Option 3 - This rate applies to persons residing in the countries from the list of Special Nations. This Non-Member Special Nations Package includes all events during the 3-day Conference from 29-31 October, including Conference catering for coffee/tea/snacks with breaks and lunches including Gala Dinner, conference bag and extras.

Please note: Registration for Non-Member Special Nations Standard Package costs $280.00, or become an IAPAE Member from a Special Nations for $20 and pay only $200 for the IAPAE Special Nations Member Conference discount rate (Option 4).

Option 7 - This rate applies to South African Educators employed by a South African education institution. South African Educator IAPAE Member Standard Package 3-day Conference Rate includes access to all events, lunches and Gala dinner for 1 person - This Package is for South African Educators employed with a South African education institution who is an IAPAE member. If not a member yet, Join IAPAE now to receive this discounted member rate.

Please note: Registration for South Africa Educator IAPAE Member Standard Package costs $160.00.

South Africa Student IAPAE Member Standard Package 3-day Conference Rate

Option 8 - This rate applies to South African Students enrolled as full-time students in a South African education institution. South African Student IAPAE Member Standard Package 3-day Conference Rate includes access to all events, lunches and Gala dinner for 1 person - This Package is for South African Students enrolled full-time as a student with a South African education institution who is an IAPAE member. If not a member yet, Join IAPAE now to receive this discounted member rate.

Please note: Registration for South Africa Educator IAPAE Member Standard Package costs $60.00.

Option 9 - This Package includes access to one day during the 3-day Conference including Conference catering for coffee/tea/snacks with breaks and lunches for the day of attendance. The packages does not including Gala Dinner, conference bag or extras during the one day attendance.

Please note: Registration for Standard 1-Day Conference cost $150.00.

Option 10 - This Package is for guests, partners or spouses of registered delegates to attend the Gala Dinner only for the evening of 30 October, Thursday night. (All registered and paid Delegates have the Gala Dinner already included in their Package.)

Please note: Registration for the Gala Dinner cost $50.00.

Option 11 - Vendors who purchase a Vendor/Exhibition table (in person) receive the following benefits:
● Vendor table (in person) at Conference
● Space for Vendor stand for Vendor banner
● Vendor Logo on IAPAE Website for 7 months (June to December 2025)
● Vendor Logo in the IAPAE Conference Programme, available at Conference & online
● One person entry to all Conference events (includes attendance to all 3-day conference events, meals offered and social events, excludes hotel, extras)
● Any additional person would need to make payment for registration to attend Conference and social event

Option 12- Vendors who purchase a Vendor/Exhibition table (virtual, IAPAE will set up items) receive the following benefits:
● Vendor table (virtual, IAPAE will set up items) at Conference
● Space for Vendor stand for Vendor banner
● Vendor Logo on IAPAE Website for 7 months (June to December 2025)
● Vendor Logo in the IAPAE Conference Programme, available at Conference & online
● Vendors are responsible for costs of shipment of vendor items to and from the conference venue
● IAPAE will set out Vendor items on the Vendor virtual table
● This option does not include any in person entry to conference or social events

Support IAPAE Travel Grants and Conference Sponsorship

Option 13 - Support IAPAE Travel Grants and/or Conference Sponsorship for delegates. This rate is for persons who would like to assist Delegates with a Travel Grant and/or financial support to attend the Conference. IAPAE will award Travel Grants/Conference Sponsorship based on financial needs of the applicant. Applications to request Travel Grants/Conference Sponsorship found here.

Please note: Sponsorships for Travel Grants/Conference Sponsorship can be in any amount. IAPAE will list your name and contribution in the Conference Program or you may be listed as anonymous.

Option 14 - This Virtual Conference Non-Member package includes ZOOM invite to access all 3 days of the IAPAE Conference Online from October 29 to 31.

Please note:Registration for Virtual Conference Non-Member package costs $150, or become an IAPAE Member for $50 and pay only $70 for the IAPAE Member Virtual Conference discount rate to to be part of the ZOOM Virtual Conference (Option 15).

Please note: Registration for Virtual Conference Non-Member Special Nations package costs $60, or become an IAPAE Member Special Nations for $20 and pay only $20 for the IAPAE Member Special Nations Virtual Conference discount rate to be part of the ZOOM Virtual Conference (Option 17).
