Innovation Committee
The Innovation Committee works closely with the IAPAE Board of Directors and relevant stakeholders to promote the agility and advancement of the organisation’s mission related to special projects. The Innovation Committee Terms of Reference are flexible given the current needs of the organisation.

Exaviour Wamalwa is a practicing clinical associate anaesthetist at the Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Eldoret, Kenya. He graduated from Egerton University with a Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery in the year 2009. A Higher National Diploma from Kenya Medical Training College in Clinical Medicine Anaesthesia in the year 2022.
Mr Wamalwa is the current Branch Secretary of the Kenya Union of Clinical Officers (KUCO) for the Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital Branch. He supports students on clinical skills in anaesthesia rotations from Kenya Medical Training Collage Eldoret Campus. He is passionate about clinical officer, physician associate and analogue education and training.
