Kavita Narayan, FACHE, is a trailblazing healthcare leader and Senior Technical Advisor for Human Resources for Health (HRH) at the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. As one of the youngest Indian Fellows of The American College of Healthcare Executives, she boasts over two decades of experience in healthcare architecture and thought leadership, spanning the United States and India. Kavita’s unwavering dedication to healthcare reform has led to significant legislative milestones, including the National Commission for Allied and Healthcare Professions Act 2021 and the National Nursing and Midwifery Commission Act. She has been a driving force behind India’s global healthcare partnerships and capacity-building initiatives. Beyond policy contributions, Kavita is known for her grassroots engagement in social impact projects, alongside her roles as an Indian classical vocalist, Bharatnatyam dancer, spiritualist, and adventure enthusiast. She and her husband, Pradeep Parameswaran, are nurturing two mindful and compassionate children, Yaj and Yaagini, as they navigate life on our shared planet.
